Hampton by Hilton London City

Amazing experience staying at the Hampton London city. Team was great, Management made sure to hire the best staff.I have worked in hospitality previously and I will say they choose the perfect candidates for this hotel. as a Hilton member we felt valued here. We were given early check in, bottled water and also asked if we needed a late check out. Rohan also arranged for a post card and some chocolates as were celebrating my Father's Bday, he remembered my dad's name through out our stay and greeted us with smile every time he came across us. My cousin's who are young were given 2 chocolates and that kept them happy. We were a family of 9 staying and absolutely loved it here. All the staff here has been fantastic.

I've stayed here 2 nights for a business trip and they saved the day! The staff is really helpful, ready to accomodate any requests addressing any matter with a smile. In particular the front office staff and a waiter at breakfast made my day. Big congrats for the employee teamwork. As for room and breakfast they are essentially nice. Position: walkable distance to the financial district and Spitafield market (15min), different ecclettic area but full of cozy good multiethnical restaurants and convenient for underground stations.

The service team are the best I've ever seen in any hotel I've stayed at. They are super kind and polite and sort out any issue with total integrity and ownership. It's my go-to hotel in Shoreditch area for the convenience of everything I need. If they changed the breakfast eggs from powdered to real and improved the quality of the sausages and bacon it'd probably be able to compete with any hotel in the area.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We had connecting rooms. We were welkomed very warmly. The staff did really everything to make our stay pleasent. Our daughter had her birthday and a warm message, drinks and chocolate were arranged in the rooms. At breakfast the staff came with a cupcake and a candle on top and sang for her. Made a picture of our family. I was so moved by all the love we felt. I now that at the breakfast was busy and not all rooms have great vieuw. But the hotel is clean, rooms are quiet, the cleaning in the rooms are done great. All staff members of the breakfast team and cleaning team are kind and helpfull. At the reception I had the honor to be helped by Rohan Singh and later on Rohan Namnaik. You all helped us to have a great stay in London. So thank you very much. We will for sure return.

What a lovely hotel and staff were first class..We were checked in by Vani and even though we were early this was no problem. The rooms were very clean and spacious and had everything you need. We needed a extra pillow and this was delivered to the room. The breakfast was first class, I am gluten free but Hirikesh was amazing on both days, he talked me through everything I could eat, fetched toast and gf cereal from the kitchen. The thing about this hotel is the staff, everyone was friendly,greeted you when you passed them in the corridor or at the desk..we will stay here again and recommend it highly.

I stayed at Hampton by Hilton London City recently and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location. I’d especially like to mention Rahul from the maintenance team. I had an issue in my room, and Rahul handled it promptly and professionally. He was polite, calm, and made sure the problem was fully resolved, checking everything carefully before leaving. His helpful attitude really made me feel looked after as a guest. Service like this shows how much the hotel values guest comfort. Rahul’s support turned a small inconvenience into a positive experience. And also veneeth and john were very kind and helpful. I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

We recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton on Osborn Street during our recent holiday in London, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. From the moment we walked in, there was a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The hotel is modernly decorated and everything was clean, which immediately made us feel welcome. Furthermore, the price-quality ratio was excellent for a city like London. Highlights of our stay: The breakfast: Extensive, fresh, and a great start to the day. The rooms: Modern, tidy, and fully equipped. Service: The staff were incredibly service-oriented and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated that. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore London from a comfortable and welcoming base. Another special mention: We'd like to give our kind regards to Shannon, the evening shift manager and the hard working staff with their great smiles! Thank you for your kindness Tip: This hotel is near Aldgate metro station. It's the Hammersmith & City 'underground' Line (20 min. from St. Pancras).

Really everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room, the halls, the lobby, and the breakfast area was super clean. The location was within walking distance of so many cool neighborhoods with incredible food and shopping. The subway station is less than a block away for getting to farther locations. I would definitely stay here again. And by the way, London was awesome.
